ABOUT THE SUMMIT

Amplify Women Tampa Bay’s Navigators of Change: Women at the Helm Summit is a curated two-day experience bringing together women entrepreneurs, executives, business leaders, professionals, and changemakers from across the Tampa Bay region.

Featured vendors are integrated directly into the summit experience, providing unique opportunities for visibility, networking, engagement, and relationship-building with attendees and community leaders.

Vendor space is intentionally limited to maintain a high-quality and engaging experience for all participants.

Applications must be submitted by June 30.

For-Profit Vendor:
$350 per day

SPECIAL: Book for two days at $550
Savings of $150

Nonprofit Vendor:
$200 per day

Vendor participation includes:
• One vendor table and chairs
• Wi-Fi access
• Electricity access
• One summit ticket ($150 value)
• Placement inside the summit event room
• Access to networking opportunities during the summit

Additional tickets may be purchased separately.

DISCLOSURES, TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please read carefully before submitting your application.

  1. APPLICATION & ACCEPTANCE
    Submission of this application does not guarantee acceptance as a featured vendor. All applications will be reviewed to ensure alignment with the summit experience, audience, and available space.
  2. PAYMENT
    Approved vendors will receive a confirmation email with payment instructions. Vendor space is not reserved until payment is received in full.
  3. CANCELLATION POLICY
    Vendor fees are non-refundable after July 15 unless the event is canceled by Amplify Women Tampa Bay.
  4. EVENT CHANGES
    Amplify Women Tampa Bay reserves the right to modify event schedules, vendor placement, event programming, or logistics if necessary.
  5. LIABILITY WAIVER
    Vendor agrees to participate at their own risk and releases Amplify Women Tampa Bay, The James Museum, event organizers, staff, volunteers, sponsors, and affiliates from liability for theft, loss, damage, injury, or claims arising from participation in the event.
  6. INSURANCE
    Vendors are encouraged to maintain their own business liability insurance and are responsible for any applicable licenses, permits, or sales tax obligations.
  7. VENDOR CONDUCT
    Amplify Women Tampa Bay reserves the right to remove any vendor whose conduct, products, services, marketing, or behavior is deemed disruptive, inappropriate, unsafe, discriminatory, or inconsistent with the mission and values of the summit.
  8. SETUP & BREAKDOWN
    Vendors agree to complete setup during designated load-in times and remain operational during summit hours unless otherwise approved by event organizers.
  9. MARKETING RELEASE
    Vendor grants Amplify Women Tampa Bay permission to use business name, logo, photos, and submitted materials for event marketing and promotional purposes.
  10. AGREEMENT
    By submitting this application, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined above.
