On our board, she provides a unique perspective as a working mom, community leader, friend, and woman who actively lifts as she climbs.

Jenean Merkel Perelstein is a conscious leadership coach, Business Anthropologist, and CEO of Alchemie Academy, which she founded more than 15 years ago to elevate the way people lead and collaborate. Her work blends cultural science with the transformative power of alchemie, helping women and executives step into their innate leadership and create workplaces rooted in authenticity, purpose, and meaningful connection. She is an active member of the AWTB community, contributing to our AWTB Coaches Connect group, supporting her peers and encouraging us all to take a solo retreat.

Rene Clayton is the Founder of Byte Strategy AI and a Certified AI Solutions Architect with 25 years in technology and over a decade of hands-on work in AI, machine learning, and natural language systems. She partners with leaders in credit unions, fintech, telecom, and real estate to build governance frameworks, cut through the hype, and deliver AI strategies that reduce risk and drive measurable outcomes. She is fierce about educating women on the topic of AI and gracious with her time and talent to ensure no woman feels marginalized or left behind. She is also a great mom to two adorable corgi and author to several books in support of her work.
