Tampa Bay, FL — Following the success of the second Annual Summit last August, Amplify Women Tampa Bay (AWTB) has been hard at work refreshing its own brand—launching a new logo, brand assets, and community website. The website, amplifywomentampabay.com, is now live as the organization announces the details of the third Annual Summit.
Founder Nicole Waters started the organization in 2024, launching its first Summit with the goal of equipping women business owners, entrepreneurs, and leaders with the tools, inspiration, and connections needed to thrive. Waters shares, “Our first Summit was electric and inspirational! We were able to amplify how women help each other by connecting resources and opening doors.”
As AWTB grew in events, attendees, and sponsors, so did the need to elevate the brand’s look and feel as well as upgrade the user experience online. “This investment in our brand represents our long-term commitment to our community and a way to communicate our core values of inclusive connections, genuine integrity, innovative energy, and our driven impact,” said Waters.
The new website will highlight the expanded ways for women to connect through workshops, curated experiences, and their signature Under the Sun Chats: small-group events that bring together influential leaders and experts from across industries for candid, solution-driven conversations about the challenges and opportunities shaping our communities. The site also offers a directory of people—not just their businesses—to connect with one another on a deeper level.
In addition to these events, AWTB is announcing that the third Annual Summit will be held August 7–8, 2026, at The James Museum in downtown St. Petersburg. This year’s theme will be Navigators of Change: Women at the Helm. “We’re charting a course toward what’s possible when women navigate their journeys together,” said Waters. She added, “This theme reflects the reality that women are leading through change, and they’re doing it by standing with each other, sharing resources, and lifting each other up.” With a limited capacity of 200, attendees are able to have more intimate conversations along with real opportunities to build relationships. Tickets for the third Annual Summit will go on sale on February 1, 2026. Daystar Life Center has been selected as our 2026 Community beneficiary, and we are proud to support their work, https://daystarlife.org/.
