This Enterprise Legal Policy (“Policy”) governs the access and use of all services, platforms, websites, event infrastructure, applications, communications, digital assets, and resources (collectively, the “Platform”) provided by Amplify Women Tampa Bay, LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“Amplify,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
By accessing or using the Platform, you (“User”) agree to be bound by this Policy, including the Terms of Use (Article II), Privacy Policy (Article III), and Cookie Notice (Article IV). If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
Use of the Platform is limited to individuals 18 years of age or older.
The Platform and its contents—including but not limited to trademarks, graphics, service offerings, program materials, directory structures, sponsorship displays, and all associated software—are proprietary to Amplify or licensed to it. Use of any material without express written permission is prohibited.
User agrees to access and use the Platform solely for lawful, personal or professional purposes related to Amplify’s community events, sponsorships, coaching programs, or affiliated offerings. Unauthorized access, misuse, or scraping is prohibited.
Amplify reserves the right to alter or discontinue any part of the Platform without prior notice.
User agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Amplify, its directors, officers, employees, and vendors against any third-party claims arising from use of the Platform, breach of this Policy, or violation of any applicable law.
This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Exclusive venue lies in the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in Hillsborough County, Florida.
If any provision is deemed invalid, the remainder shall remain in force.
This Privacy Policy applies to any personal data collected by Amplify through its digital infrastructure, directory platform, event services, or communication systems.
Amplify retains user data as long as required for the above-listed purposes, necessary to comply with legal requirements (e.g., tax law), and consistent with records retention best practices (generally 3–7 years).
Residents of CA, CO, CT, VA, UT, OR, TX (2026) have the right to: know what personal data is collected; request deletion or correction; opt out of targeted advertising or profiling; appeal denied data rights requests; and submit rights requests via privacy@amplifywomentb.com.
Users outside the U.S. acknowledge and consent to international transfers of data, subject to Standard Contractual Clauses and equivalent safeguards.
Amplify may use third-party data processors that are contractually bound to handle data in accordance with applicable law.
Cookie deployment is based on consent (for non-essential cookies) and legitimate interest (for essential cookies).
Amplify may update this Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Platform indicates acceptance of the current version.
