Rose LeJiste

Rose LeJiste is the CEO of RL Engineering and Tech Solutions, a consulting firm that provides tech, engineering, and business services including data management, business intelligence, artificial intelligence, process improvement, proposal development, and procurement readiness programs. Her company specializes in fostering business ecosystems and supporting small and minority-owned enterprises. Rose’s commitment to business and corporate innovation spans technology, engineering, and business services, with a strong focus on enhancing community and economic growth through strategic and innovative solutions. She is a seasoned leader with a degree in Industrial Engineering, industry certifications in business intelligence, data analytics, Lean Six Sigma, DEI, and 15 years of corporate experience at Kennedy Space Center. 

Rose is an active advocate and collaborator in the Florida innovation and tech community. She sits on the Impact Board for Synapse Florida and is the Orlando Ambassador. She is a co-founder and Board Member of Black Innovation Leaders of Florida and is the Membership Director for NAWBO Orlando. She has been an active member of Black Women in AI (BWIAI) for over 4 years. 

She has participated in multiple AI, machine learning, autonomous vehicles, and computer vision projects, which the organization led in an ongoing partnership with NVIDIA. Rose was named a 2023 Orlando Business Journal Women Who Means Business Honoree, 2023 NAWBO Orlando’s Women Who Win Established Business Award and is an alumnus of Leadership Orlando Class 103.
