With over three decades of leadership experience in human resources, learning and organizational development, corporate communications, DEI and enterprise leadership, Lynn’s extensive experience has equipped her with invaluable insights and expertise in driving organizational success through innovative talent management strategies.
Lynn was an integral part of PSCU’s senior leadership team for 22 years, most recently serving as the Executive Vice President and Chief Talent Officer, a role she held for 13 years. In her capacity at PSCU, Lynn spearheaded various strategic initiatives, including cultural transformation, championing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), talent acquisition, learning and organizational development, corporate insurance, industry engagement, real estate and facilities management. Under her leadership, PSCU saw remarkable growth in inclusion, leadership development, and employee engagement, making her a recognized thought leader in the credit union industry and beyond.
Before joining PSCU, Lynn held the position of Vice President, Human Resources at Bankers Insurance Group, Chief Administrative Officer at Vision Twenty-One and Regional HR Director at Apria Healthcare. Lynn began her HR career at AAA, ultimately serving as an HR Director for the organization.
Lynn is actively involved in various professional and community organizations. She served on the Governing Board of the CU DEI Collective, an organization committed to promoting inclusiveness in the credit union movement. Lynn is also a member of esteemed organizations such as PayTech Women, Women’s Executive Leadership (WEL), the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) and the Suncoast Human Resources Management Association (SHRMA), where she previously served as president.
Furthermore, Lynn is deeply committed to community service and philanthropy. She dedicated over a decade to board service at Lighthouse of Pinellas, a nonprofit organization serving the blind and visually impaired community, including serving as board chair for two years. Lynn is also passionate about advocating for children in foster care and supporting animal-related causes and charities.
Lynn’s professional achievements have earned her recognition within the industry. In 2016, she earned the Certified Innovation Executive (CIE) designation from the CUES Strategic Innovation Institute, highlighting her commitment to innovation in HR practices. Additionally, Lynn was honored as the HR Florida Professional of the Year by the HR Florida State Council in 2015.
Lynn holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Marketing from the University of Massachusetts and a certificate in Strategic Human Resource Management from the University of Michigan. Her academic background, combined with her extensive professional experience, positions her as a distinguished leader in the field of human resources management and enterprise leadership.
